Unlike other accelerators or entrepreneur support organizations, Doyenne does not measure success in terms of "number of employees", "revenue totals", or "investment dollars raised". Over 90% of ventures fail within their first year of operations, we measure success by:
     1. Ventures still being open and operating 12 months after completion of the TTVT program
     2. "Success" based on the entrepreneurs terms has been reached - this is laid out within the TTVT workbook goals & strategy development
     3. Venture has scaled based on how Doyenne defines "Scalability" (which can be found on our Guiding Princples page)

The following companies have completed the Doyenne Triple Threat Venture Training program since the program launched in 2020.

If a coach is not meeting the needs or other problems arise while coaching as part of Doyenne, we take this very seriously and use a "2 strike" rule. When a situation is brought to Doyenne team member's attention we evaluate and meet with the coach to hear their take on the situation and also address concerns without revealing who has brought their name to attention. If the problem, or other situations, occurs again then Doyenne will remove the coach from the pool of professionals we refer our entrepreneurs to.
Mentors who are part of Doyenne are professionals who register to come to less formal supportive workshops than our Coaches. Mentors are not required to go through our Doyenne Coaches Training Workshop but they are given access to a recorded session and encouraged to watch. When a mentor arrives at a workshop where they will be working with entrepreneurs as part of Doyenne programming the Doyenne team member who is leading the workshop will always go through a high level of expectations and set the stage for how the mentor & entrepreneur experience will be conducted. We apply the same criteria for our Mentors as our Coaches as to our expectations for how to work with entrepreneurs who are part of Doyenne and they must also agree to our Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.
If you would like to become a Doyenne Coach or Mentor please fill out the application.
